Meditation: All About the Merkaba Meditation Technique – Part 2

Merkaba Meditation Breath 1 – Exhale

Heart Love Mind

Become aware of the Earth (feminine) tetrahedron (vertex pointing to earth, point backward for males and point forward for females), also filled with brilliant white light.

Body

Keep the same position.

breathing

Exhale very slowly for about seven seconds, yogic mode. When the air has left the lungs, without forcing, relax the chest and abdomen and hold your breath.

When you feel pressure to breathe again, after five seconds or so, do the following:

Mind

Become aware of the flat equilateral triangle on top of the Earth tetrahedron located in the horizontal plane passing through your chest approximately three inches below your breastbone. In an instant, and with pulse-like energy, send that triangular plane down through the Earth’s tetrahedron. It gets smaller as it descends and pushes all the negative energy from the electrical circuit out of the tip or apex of the tetrahedron. A light will shoot from the vertex towards the center of the earth. The exercise of the mind is performed simultaneously with the following movements of the body.

Body

Move your eyes slightly towards each other, or in other words, slightly cross your eyes. Now bring them up to the top of their sockets or, in other words, look up. This upward looking movement should not be extreme. You will feel a tingling sensation between your eyes in your “third” eye area. Now look down to the lowest point you can, as fast as you can. You may feel an electrical sensation go down your spine. The mind and body must coordinate the above mental exercise with eye movements. The eyes look down from their highest position at the same time as the mind sees the triangular horizontal plane of the Earth tetrahedron descend to the apex of the Earth tetrahedron.

The next five breaths of the merkaba meditation technique are a repeat of the first breath with a change in mudra as follows:

Merkaba Meditation – Breath 2

Change of mudra: thumb and second finger together

Merkaba-Breath Meditation 3

Mudra change: thumb and third finger together

Merkaba Meditation – Breath 4

Mudra change: thumb and little finger together

Merkaba Meditation – Breath 5

Mudra change: thumb and forefinger together (as breath 1)

Merkaba Meditation-Breath 6

Mudra change: thumb and second finger together (as breath 2)

These first six breaths of the merkaba meditation are to balance the polarities and cleanse the body’s electrical system.
