Easy Spinach Dip Appetizer

4 oz. cream cheese
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 box frozen chopped spinach (thawed and juiced)
1 small onion finely chopped

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with your favorite crackers or pita chips.

Easy Pork Chop Entree

1 cup of uncooked rice
1 1/2 cups of water
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
6 pork chops
1 can of cream of mushroom soup

For the rice in a 9×13 oven dish. Place the pork chops on top of the rice. Mix the water, onion soup and cream of mushroom soup. To mix over chops and rice. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours

Sauteed peppers, onions and mushrooms

1 red bell pepper sliced
1 green bell pepper sliced
1 medium onion sliced
1 1/2 pounds sliced ​​white button mushrooms
1 minced garlic clove
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Easy Blueberry Fluff Cake

1 graham cracker pie crust
2 cream cheese 3 ounces
1 cup powdered sugar
