There are some misconceptions about jump rope training. Of the common misconceptions is that it leads to severe lung and heart problems and uterine prolapse in women and that it can cause them to bleed on a date other than the menstrual cycle date, all these beliefs and concepts are wrong.

The sport of jumping rope is considered by many fitness specialists as the first all-round fitness sport after swimming. – It is not necessary in this type of sport to jump very high because that could negatively affect the joints of the feet and knees.

– For women, it is preferable to wear a bra to maintain chest stability during jumping.

So, the sport of jumping rope is like any other sport, it has its benefits and its harms. Jumping rope is one of the simplest, easiest, most fun and least expensive sports. It can be exercised at home or outdoors by both sexes and all ages.
