INGREDIENTS

1 liter of whole milk

4 tablespoons of rice flour

4 to 6 tablespoons of sugar

1 1/2 cups of cherimoya pulp (sitafal), without seeds

Now we will prepare Sitaphal Firni

Mix 4 tablespoons of rice flour in half a cup of milk.

Boil 1 liter of whole milk in a saucepan.

When it boils, mix the cold mixture of rice flour and milk with the hot milk.

Boil until the time the rice land is cooked.

When the rice flour is cooked, add sugar to taste.

Put the mixture to cool.

When the mixture comes down to normal room temperature, you will notice that it thickens.

Add the custard apple pulp.

Garnish the plate with finely chopped almonds and pistachios and serve.
