Avoid penis rash when using body paints

A rash anywhere on the body is inconvenient, but a rash on the penis can be especially so. Not only is it often accompanied by an itch that can lead to a man being caught scratching his gear, but a visible rash on the penis often makes couples wary of engaging in intimate acts with a man. And of course, a rash on the penis can sometimes be a sign of a major penile health problem. However, it can also be due to more benign causes, such as an allergic reaction to using body paints on the penis for fun with the partner.

While nude body painting is not an everyday activity, it can be a way for a couple to explore their bodies or just have fun. And many men enjoy full body painting as a way to express their artistic side, and sometimes as a way to disguise their nudity in a public situation. (However, the police do not always agree that the penis is properly disguised.)

Advice

So for any man who is thinking of seeing what his penis looks like if it is painted blue or adorned with stripes, the following tips may be helpful in preventing penis eruption or other related problems.

– Do not use regular paints. When painting any skin, it is better to use paints really designed for the body. Paints created for use on walls, ceilings, metal, or even artists’ canvases are likely to contain harsh chemicals and ingredients that can be toxic to the skin and body. It is important to find non-toxic paints that are designed for use on the body and are clearly labeled as such.

– First check the penis. Even body paints should remain on the outside of the skin, so check the penis (or any other part of the body to be painted) for cuts and scrapes. By no means use paint on an open wound, but even relatively minor cuts should be avoided. Also, if the penis already has a rash or other skin condition, do not paint it.

– Check the painting elsewhere. Before applying the paint to the penis, apply some to another part of the body in advance, preferably a few hours before. This will give you time to see if there is anything in the paint that could cause a reaction. Even when a paint is non-toxic, some people may have an allergic reaction.

– Clean first. Before applying paint to the penis, make sure it is clean. Wash with mild soap and warm water and pat dry before starting. Whoever is in charge of painting tasks should also make sure that their hands and their brushes, sponges or other painting implements are also clean.

– Avoid glare. Many people like to add shine to their body paint, but avoid using it on the penis. Although it is only slightly gritty, it is enough to cause irritation of the skin of the penis. Also, removing shine from your skin can be challenging.

– Wash after. Body paints are not designed to last for long periods of time and can usually be removed by showering with soap. Make sure to remove all body paint from the penis; Paint left on for excessively long periods of time is more likely to cause a rash on the penis.

Preventing a penis rash from body paints is an admirable goal. Regular use of a superior cream for penis health (Health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven to be gentle and safe for the skin) can help a man achieve that goal. Healthy penis skin is in a better position to resist a rash, so use a cream that includes a combination of vital moisturizing agents, such as vitamin E and shea butter. In addition, strengthen the skin of the penis using a cream with a powerful antioxidant such as alpha lipoic acid. This will help reduce excess free radicals and the skin damage they can cause.
