2018 SZN Fantasy Football Draft

Fantasy Footballers 2018 preliminary tips for hardcore newbies!

Welcome fantasy football fans! The start of another wonderful NFL season is just around the corner, which means it’s close to #draftszn. After 6 long months, it’s time to get back that damn gold trophy that was taken from you while you were crossing the goal line like the classic Leon Lett…

But hey, no reason to get sour, I’d rather learn how to get better at this fickle game… Whether it’s online or in real life at a live draft event, it’s time to rock. a little gold and talk a little poop to your neighbor.

Below are three ways to best defeat your fantasy football opponent starting with the first test: fantasy drafting!

Tip #1 Write the safe bet. High-risk, high-reward players are tempting, but they’re not necessary because if the player is a bust, it will be hard to recover from the bet you took, especially in the first round. Also, the player who averages 1,000 yards and 5 touchdowns per year will be better than a player who rushed for 1,300+ yards and 9 touchdowns in 2017, but is typically under 1,000 yards. The name of the game is courage, playa!

Tip #2 Don’t be cute. Picture this: It’s your third pick and you’ve hit it out of the park with your top two picks so far, although a bell runner is still sitting there in the third round, sadly you’ve already taken two runners, haven’t you? do we take the bait? At the very least, we can replace the bye weeks for your current starters, right? Nope! It’s a trap! Take your WR1 with you because at the end of the day, you’ve filled those spots, fill the others…

Another reason could be to recruit a third broker early, have trade bait later on, but are losing value in other positions, and often won’t find a suitable trading partner. Focus on filling in the gaps on your roster first, and then add depth to your bench.

Tip #3 lego your ego Spit your game, talk your trash while watching football, but don’t let certain players pass you by because you hate that team. I’m a Raiders fan, but I won’t pass up a guy like Keenan Allen, who plays for the archrival Los Angeles Chargers, if he’s a good move.

These are just a few tips that will make you a fantasy league champion in no time!

Project well my friend.
